Do you come to me in The Grange?
Yes. The valeting side is fully mobile, so I come to your home or workplace in The Grange with my own water and power. You do not need to supply anything or move the car. Machine polishing and ceramic coating are the exception — those are done at the unit in Whitburn, where the light and the temperature are controlled.
How long does a full valet take in The Grange?
Around two and a half to three and a half hours for a normal-sized car. A deep clean takes longer, usually four to six hours, because the seats and carpets are extractor cleaned and need time to dry.
Do you valet in the rain?
Yes. The wash itself is unaffected by rain, and the sealant is applied to dry paint under cover of the tailgate or in your driveway once the panels are dry. Only heavy, sustained rain or freezing conditions cause me to move a booking, and I will call you rather than turn up and rush it.
